Yes. Customer access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, using a key fob. Your first arrival should be arranged with the team so the access procedure can be explained.

The site has 24-hour CCTV and onsite security, with key-fob access for customers. The Romanway facility is listed by CaSSOA as 5 Star Caravan Storage Ltd with Platinum accreditation.
Do you accept campervans as well as motorhomes?
Enquiries are welcome for motorhomes and campervans. Send your make, model and overall dimensions so we can confirm whether the available space is suitable.
Can you accommodate a large motorhome or a rear bike rack?
Please include all fitted accessories in your measurements. Space is confirmed for the actual vehicle dimensions; contact the team before bringing a larger vehicle to the site.
Is electric hook-up or battery charging included?
Do not assume hook-up, charging or maintenance services are included. Ask about any facility you need and have it confirmed as part of your quote before booking.
